Room and Rates

Each of the two large, bright, separately rented rooms overlooks the shore and sea and has a queen bed and a futon couch/double bed as well as a full bath and a kitchenette. Amenities include comfortable chairs, a large bar fridge, coffee maker, toaster, slow-cooker, all plates, glasses, and utensils for preparing and serving meals. One of the rooms has a small electric fireplace for Spring and Fall/Winter guests.

A shared storeroom includes a chest freezer, extra beach towels, picnic bags, iron and ironing board, games, and books.

The separate cook-shed contains the propane grill with side burner, the clam and lobster boiler, beach chairs, kites, children’s sand toys, and more.

Deck chairs and cushions, picnic tables and a fire pit on the beach all encourage you to picnic, read, and toast marshmallows.

The Beach House decor is clean, simple, and natural. Maritime themed art and handwoven fabrics add to the ambiance. Towels and bed linens are 100% cotton.
